| 1 | I know what I need, I know what to do, so why do I need a Financial Adviser? | Every Investor has a different risk appetite and every financial investment carries varying degrees of risks. Every product pays a different commission to Your adviser. Have You been recommended a product mix to give You the best risk-reward return? We believe in giving you the best. |
| 2 | I don’t believe in insurance, so why should I buy? | Do You know You are already insured, and Your family will receive a cheque for at least $45 000 from insurance even though You don’t believe in it? |
| 3 | So I already have insurance, why should I buy it? | How much cover does Your insurance policy provide? Are you financially ready if a critical illness strikes You and renders You in a situation akin to someone disabled? You may have already purchased critical illness insurance to provide for many contingencies, one of which is cancer. However, Does Your critical illness plan cover You if Your cancer is only stage two? Or is it restricted to only stage 4, the terminally hopeless. We are here to help. |
| 4 | I don’t believe in investments, why would I invest with you? | Do You know Your savings secured in the bank are invested by them? And currently, they are paying You less than 1%? Do You believe that it is possible to get a return of 3-6% for minimal risk? When You purchased Your house/ flat, did You not bother to get the best deal that would appreciate in value? |

| 6 | You trusted your adviser and signed away your savings. Why would you switch if your current adviser is making you some profit? | The market is moving and my adviser is making money for me! Is Your adviser making the money or is it the market making the money for You? |
| 7 | If Elpis distributes products from provider companies, why don’t I just go directly to them? | Do you go to a strawberry farm to buy fruits for Your family salad or to a supermarket? Why don’t You come to us if we stock and sell it all at the same price? |
| 8 | Wouldn’t it be the same to go to any other Financial Advisory in that case? | Would it be no different shopping in Marina Square, Takashimaya, Bugis Village or a Night Market? Is every shopping experience in each location the same? Likewise, is every distributing company really the same?
